What It Is:
Membership is for 2 people and does not include guest privileges. To purchase a discounted membership for 1 person, please see Grayhaven VIP Club Membership for Members will have the ability to purchase additional tickets to exclusive VIP events for family and friends.
Membership is for 12 months and does not auto-renew. Members will have access to all VIP events and specials scheduled during their 12 month membership, so if you sign up on August 10th, 2023, for example, you'll have access to all the VIP events and specials for 12 months from the date of the next event. For VIP Club members who signed up before or during the pandemic days, your 12 month membership begins at our inaugural event, January 28th, 2022 and may continue for more than 12 months (thanks for sticking with us!).
In each calendar year, we’ll invite members to 2 Exclusive Private Parties, 2 Winery Events (ticketed events where VIP members attend free) and 2 VIP Member Events with a winemaker tour and/or presentation.
Enjoy a 10% discount on Grayhaven wines anytime PLUS during Private Parties, special invites to Winery Events and VIP Member Days/Events, your discount will be 15% and include Grayhaven Wines, South Africa Wines and prepared foods. *Cannot be combined with other discounts but we'll give you the larger one. Discounts aren't for all things on all days of the year.
Wine delivery to your home or office available (delivery within a 35 mile radius of the winery only)
You'll be added to an exclusive VIP Member email list, where we'll announce exclusive member events, benefits and specials
You will not be expected or obligated to purchase wine. Our club is more about the experience, and we don't want to lock anyone in to purchasing wine they don't love
You will be charged VA sales tax at check-out because membership includes tangible items, such as food at our VIP Private parties
The retail value of membership is priceless, however our best estimate of retail value is $350, so membership is a steal, especially if you order the discounted Membership for 2
We’ll send you a VIP Club Member Card in the mail, your member # will be on the back of the card
What It Is Not:
No two wine clubs are exactly the same, we just want to point out a few things you might be expecting that we don't require or offer:
We have no Wine Pick-up days, you can purchase what you like from us, when you like
We don't ship wine to you as part of membership - though we do offer delivery to members within a 35 mile radius (anyone can order our wines shipped within Virginia from our Web site)
We do not offer member discounts on all goods and services, 365 days a year - see above for general guidelines
Our membership does not Auto-Renew, though we'll remind you when your membership is about to expire
Membership does not include guest privileges
