Grayhaven's proprietary bend of spices for red wine create an aromatic, richly spiced winter drink that will transport you to the fireside hearth in a cozy mountain top cabin. The perfect balance of earthy, exotic spices and Valencia orange peel are carefully blended in-house and sealed in a steaping tea bag. Each bag can be used for a batch of up to 1 gallon of wine. Place spice bag and red wine of choice (we recommend starting with a dry red that's not too oaky) in a sauce pan, crock pot or coffee urn and heat on medium...do not boil. Once the wine is heated, add sugar to taste - for best results only add a little at a time, stirring to dissolve completely and tasting as you go.
